The Elks National Drug Awareness Program – the largest volunteer drug awareness program in the United States. We are very proud of our dedicated army of volunteers who freely give their time and talents to this most noble cause.

The Elks are committed to eliminating the use and abuse of illegal drugs by all members of society and believe that in order to ensure a bright future for our country, it is essential that our children be raised in a drug-free environment.

The Plymouth GRG consists of grandparents who, due to dire circumstances, have selflessly accepted the responsibility of raising their grandchildren. Through experience and wisdom, the group supports each other. Over the years, our support group has grown to include younger grandparents, women, and men from various backgrounds and families of every composition. Members are survivors, who have experienced loss of friendships and family members, unfathomable judicial issues, frightful mental health crises, educational roadblocks, disabilities, severe behavioral concerns, health issues, and much more. With understanding that can only be shared by someone wearing the same shoes, these grandparents support each other with compassion, wisdom, and often a great deal of humor.
